Doesn't fare well for the perennial IAA Mid-Major power -who have also competed well against regular IAA's ... Plus, it throws a monkey wrench on any designs to move up to scholarship football.

sounds like he was pretty successful in most sports and 16 year tenure tells you they must have been happy with him for a while. but more than anything it tells you how basketball is all that really matters there.
