NIL is private funding and isnt under the purview of Title 9 or the Ed dept.. This will end up in court.

Did you ever play the card game Authors? That is how I learned so many of the people who wrote classic books. Anyway, my cousin Brian took an old yearbook, cut out pictures of students, administrators and staff, made them into a deck of cards for "Buffalo Lake HS Authors". You had to make the request using the imitation voice of the person on the card, and instead of a book it was a quote that they had made. We played it at a Christmas party and almost died laughing.

Considering the context and timing, this issue really needs to be discussed on the political board. I would have loads to say.
