FUBeAR expects to see some ‘special packages’ for DJ Smith; perhaps with both QB’s on the field simultaneously.

Also, contrary to the misinformation that the bizuns’ homer pundits (because they watched 2 minutes of the URI game to become ‘experts’ on Mercer Football) have spewed out all week, Smith is not “exclusively a runner.” Before his injury, he led FCS in Passing Efficiency (QB Rating) for the 1st 3 or 4 weeks of the season, and stayed in the Top 5 for quite a while. His current QB Rating would put in 6th in FCS (right between Aidan Bouman of South Dakota & Miles Hastings of UC-Davis) if he had a few more attempts; enough to qualify for the stats rankings.
