Are there really any non scholarship teams in FCS? Any scholarship given to an athlete is also considered an athletic scholarship. San Diego is NOT a non schollie football program. They do offer football schollies according to their own website.

No. If you're recruited -- which Ivy athletes are -- then any financial aid that you receive, even if it's need-based -- which most Ivy athletes are eligible for and get --, then that aid is considered equivalent to athletic aid, both in practicality and by the NCAA.
