He could go in the 3rd or 4th round from any school. What you just posted made it sound like he has to transfer to improve his stock but we see FCS players go in the 2nd or 3rd round all the time. NDSU QB Wentz was a 1st round pick. Alabama State had an OT taken in the 1st round as well. Saint John's and Lenoir-Rhyne just had players drafted and we have seen it happen from Mt Union, Hobart, and many other random schools. The bottom line here is that if you can play the NFL will find you. You don't have to move up to improve your stock.
