I have not been on here in 2 or 3 months so I'm sorry for the delayed response.

I would imagine that many of these guys will return for the fall of 2021. There is a good chance we don't have more than 10 FCS players drafted in 2021. There are only about 4-5 FCS players who should come on out based on where they stand right now.

Sam Houston's Trace Mascorro (DL) is probably the the best player on the entire team. I think you overlooked him. STATS preseason first team All-American.

Might want to add Trey Lance to your list.

6 Northern Iowa defensive guys on the watch, this must be the greatest FCS D to ever set foot on a football field

Need to see how he looks this year. Sam Houston has a few players on the NFL radar but Trace would really need to measure and play better than expected. As of now he would be a tryout, at best.

Seniors only. I can definitely update this list after the fall to show those who are now gone and those who need to be added.

Smith is not playing and instead will train. I am not saying all of those guys will get drafted or signed but they are all on radar. I have them all as camp bodies or tryouts at this point. Williams and Smith are the 2 highest rated on defense.

No Combine for this year. Also, workouts will take place in individual Pro Days instead; interviews will go virtual.

It is making it harder for sure and I would imagine that the combine may just be medical now like it was. One of two things will happen with all of this.

    1. Teams will either be way more accurate not having workouts to change grades and pull guys up. They will be more accurate just going on the film.

    OR

    2. They will miss badly on guys taken in mid rounds and late rounds, which will make them do even more cuts and new signings once they get them to training camp.

Re: FCS Players to watch for 2021 Draft

Does anyone know if 2020 seniors on FCS rosters this spring (assuming the season does happen) are draft eligible this year? Not sure how the NCAA granting everyone an extra year will work. For instance I know NDSU OT Cordell Volson is a pretty solid NFL prospect but he's given every indication that he's going to play this spring. Can he still be drafted or does he forfeit his draft eligibility until 2021 since he technically could come back in fall 2021 still?

I'd imagine if those guys are eligible it's going to be an awkward pro day for some of them trying to work out for scouts in the middle of their season when they have all the bumps and bruises and wear and tear that playing games gives them.

I think they have to declare by March 1.
