North Dakota State 165-pounder Andrew Fogarty placed fifth at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational in the Las Vegas Convention Center on Saturday, Dec. 7. The Bison were 21st in the team standings with 22 points. Fogarty also placed fifth at the 2017 tournament.
