For the fourth time this season, Sacred Heart football first-year WR Tyrese Chambers has earned Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week honors, as announced by the conference on Monday afternoon. Chambers exploded for another monster outing in Saturday’s road loss to Penn in Franklin Field.
