ATLANTA, Ga. (August 14, 2019)-- Morgan State University senior linebackers Ian McBorrough and Rico Kennedy have been named to the 2019 Watch List for the Black College Football Player of the Year Award, the Black College Football Hall of Fame (BCFHOF) announced Wednesday. The Award is presented annually to the most outstanding football player from a Historically Black College & University.
