Maybe a new challenge? I honestly don't know any of the financials. When Dorrel came to us it was a move from DII to DI, but a huge part of it was his desire to be challenged in a new environment.

And he doesn't even have to face Easton Stick twice a year anymore. Maybe he's scared of Trey Lance, and wants to get out early.
