ORANGEBURG, SC—South Carolina State conducted its second of 25 scheduled preseason practices Sunday in preparation for their Aug. 31 showdown with non-conference foe Coastal Carolina at Dawson Stadium. The Bulldogs had a two-hour light workout in shorts and helmets during the morning session.
