LAKE CHARLES – McNeese State football coach Matt Viator was all smiles on Wednesday when he revealed his 2013 signing class on National Signing Day, that was because all of the players the Cowboys were looking to sign had sent in their letters of intent and giving the Cowboys a total of 23 for the day.
