The Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks (4-5/3-2 SLC) recovered quickly from their loss at McNeese State by beating the Cardinals, 40-26, this past week in Nacogdoches. SFA returns to the field Saturday looking for its first two-game win streak of the season, but it won't be easy as the 'Jacks will take on one of the league's surprise team of 2012. Despite having lost consecutive games, Southeastern Louisiana had been atop the Southland Conference standings for the first five weeks of the season. The Lions have dropped three of their last four games, and are currently in a two-way tie for third in the conference with a 3-2 record. Saturday's game is slated to begin at 7 p.m. from Strawberry Stadium.
