With a unexpected dismissal, a terse quote that "he is no longer with" Hampton and a 404 error on his web page bio, this isn't a mutual agreement to move on.
If HC is the "most inexperienced", it's not by much. Georgetown's QB depth chart:
Danny Lauter: Two seasons, one game played
Jordan Holmes: One season, no games
Jacob Holtschlag: One season, no...
With the exception of FIU and (maybe) Kennesaw State, the "geographic areas with growing populations" of the C-USA are probably a tough sell for high school kinds considering Murfreesboro, Huntsville...
Both Howard and Georgetown had October 5 open but, as discussed before, Howard has no interest in scheduling this game.
A good step forward for Towson.
Some coverage of the upcoming season:

This assumes they had the chance.
Will Villanova ever schedule Georgetown? If not, why not?
That's fair. Troxell is in great shape, Sgarlata too but for different reasons, and everyone else is under some expectation to improve in 2024.
There's no hot seat in Patriot Land:
Everyone Is Happy: Troxell, Dakosty
New: Curran
Relatively New: Cahill
No Issues Yet: Conlin
Fit For Purpose: Sgarlata, Cecchini
It's all about definition, of course. I tend to associate elite with exclusive, and many of these schools are not altogether exclusive:
Elon: 74%
Stony Brook: 49%
Delaware: 73%
Drexel: 79%
...
Excepting W&M, I'm not sure any of the CAA full members are that elite, and UD is the only flagship of the bunch.
If the Dayton Rule was ever repealed, no one except Davidson and the Midwest Pioneer schools would go back.
I wish Nova and Georgetown would commit to a long-term scheduling arrangement similar to the one you had with Lehigh.
The PL needs Bucknell, and Georgetown in particular, to right themselves.

Patriot League could expand with...
+ Duquesne
+ Robert Morris
(ducks...)
Have any PL schools picked up talent in the transfer portal?
How many seasons of Davidson, Sacred Heart, and Marist is appropriate?
Six of the seven PL schools have a FBS opponent, well done.
Thanks for the correction--with five 5th years starting last fall on offense per the media notes, this may not be as concerning if the depth is there.
This is a misleading headline-- it compares five FCS schools that draw playoff revenue and good attendance with low(er) rates of tuition and operating expenses, but you can't extrapolate that "FCS...
The off-season, in summary:
Lafayette: Confident
Colgate: Encouraged
Lehigh: Hopeful
Holy Cross, Fordham: Rebuilding
Bucknell, Georgetown: No changes
On what basis?
