MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Morehead State football has a long tradition of excellence, especially at the quarterback position. It would be hard pressed to top the accolades of Super Bowl MVP Phil Simms or the nearly 12,000 passing yards by Austin Gahafer. But one man from Pittsburgh, Pa., quite simply may have been the most electrifying player in Morehead State history and etched his name among all-time greats in FCS (formerly I-AA) gridiron lore.
