Another burner in the CAA....
Towson 24 - Maine 38
W&M 30 - URI 21
UR 34 - ODU 33
Nova 3 - UMass 24
St. Francis (IL) 14 - GaSt. 45

And the one JMU needs...
JMU 27 - UNH 24

I am worried about this one but keep thinking back to when UNH was the #1 team in the country and JMU came in there and just destroyed them something like 42-24. We don't have the 42 pt. offense anymore but the defense should be the best UNH sees all season...

I remember hearing ealier in week that JMU had 3 of 5 o-line starters out, and their offense was not lighting up the skies with them in...was UNH dominant or JMU inept?? Not smack, just at this time of year I wonder with playoffs coming up and all, who is hot, and who is playing banged up, and who is playing solid and taking care of business against those who are banged up.

I dont think UNH is a powerhouse by any stretch, but before today I thought this defense was the worst I have seen since following this team. However, there were some great stops by the defense today that changed my mind, JMU had started 3 drives in UNH territory and didnt get any points. The UNH defense has been improving the last 3 weeks. I dont think UNH is the best team in the CAA, and perhaps JMU is not as good as originally thought, but I think UNH no longer needs the offense to score 40 points to win a game.

We are banged up don't know the official numbers....we still have a chance with W's the next two weeks to get in but its going to be tough.

We also gave it away too many times today and had a few turnover on downs late in the game as we needed TD's and FG's wouldn't have helped. UNH is going to be dancing again...

One of the best games of the year next week in UNH/Towson. Towson, I believe, clinches the CAA title with a win. A UNH win would setup Maine/UNH for the title.

JMU killed themselves with penalties and the UNH defense stepped up when they had to. UNH should have buried them early, but squandered several opportunities. Matthews is a moron, had to be dragged off the field by his assistants and should have had several flags for his histrionics.

Yeah, he was making quite the fool of himself out there. How can he expect his players to play with a certain level of control when he cannot lead by example on the sidelines.

Yes, I'll echo the Mickey Matthews comment. I'd have a tough time rooting for a coach who made as many questionable decisions as he did, and oversaw as many personal fouls as he did. I'm frankly surprised he didn't call timeout when we were taking a knee up 18.

I've never liked him but this is as bad as I've seen it. It's tough because I generally like the JMU fans on this board but it's hard to root for that guy.

Just watched his presser....boy what a whiner. One play called back did NOT change this outcome. I hope he is right about one thing. UNH is getting DIVINE INTERVENTION!!!!!! About time. Coach Mac is going to Mass.
