Looking to shake things up with the team, Fordham head coach Tom Masella decided to switch starting quarterbacks, inserting junior Ryan Higgins, who won three of his four starts last year, as the signal caller at Penn today. And it almost paid off for the Rams as Higgins completed 21 of 38 passes for 249 yards and two touchdowns, all career-highs, but it wasn't enough as the Rams fell to the Quakers, 35-20, on Franklin Field.
