Kickoff scheduled at 5 pm PDT from Portland's Jeld-Wen Field. Last year the Jacks beat the Vikings 62-14 in Flagstaff and come into this game at 1-1, having beat DII's Fort Lewis and falling to the Pac-12's Arizona squad. The Vikings enter the game at 1-0 with their only game being a 52-0 drubbing of NAIA's Southern Oregon, a game in which starting quarterback, Kavanaugh, only played the first quarter. This year, the two teams have a different look as the Lumberjacks only returned 9 starters total and the Vikings were without both Kavanaugh and McCaffrey for the game last year. Questions on both side should be answered tonight. Weather is supposed to be cloudy, slight chance of rain and temps near 70 at kickoff.
