Now that two of the four Patriot contests are completed, let's see if we can get some input on this non-televised game.

Somewhere around 9:15 some few folks will know the score of this top secret affair. If you happen to be one of the lucky few, keep it to yourself. Wouldn't want to tick off the friars. Bogie, fergawdsake shut down this thread before you open yourself to legal action and possible excommunication.

I have a premonition, channeled through Father Damien. I just can't shut it down. I haven't the neck strength any longer.

For Lafayette, senior Ryan O'Neil will start at QB. Sophomores Pat Mputu (RB) and Pat "The Surfer Dude" McCain (QB) have been suspended indefinitely, leaving freshman Ross "The Scheuermanator" Scheuerman to take the lion's share of the caries, according to reports this week.

Freshman Luke Chiarolanzio, a 6-5, 290-pound offensive lineman, will start Saturday at right tackle in place of senior Anthony Buffolino

Wide receiver Kyle Hayes also will not play because of a shoulder injury. Mark Ross, a 6-3 sophomore who got the eye of the coaches in the spring and has continued to impress, will take his starting spot at wide receiver. Senior Mitch Bennett, who is 6-4, is the other WR. RB Vaughn Hebron is on the travel roster, meaning that he is available to play. Hebron, who had ACL surgery off-season, did not play last week.

For Georgetown, junior Isaiah Kempf will get the call again at QB. Georgetown coach Kevin Kelly believes that QB Scott Darby is more of a dual threat quarterback, but he doesn’t throw quite as well as Kempf even though he's a better runner.

Kempf is throwing well for the Hoyas. Lafayette 3-0 at the end of the first. New Lafayette game break video is played, of course.

Yeah, but I give the Hoyas credit for having an on-campus facility. The cameras are showing the Lafayette side, which holds maybe 750 at best.

If the Pards had an offense, we'd be dominating right now. Clearly we are not.

That's what the MSF press box resembles.

And there's no food anyway unless someone walks down and gets in line. It's fortunate to even have electricity in the MSF, and now they want meal service? xlolx

Webcast is using videocams and the Lafayette announcers apparently are on a construction crane or something. Prohibited from the pressbox. It's not LSN quality of course, but they're doing their best. Thanks a lot, Hoyas. Same back to ya in the future, I hope.

Weird things happen when you have to play Freshman. He has a lot of potential, but he was the 4th or 5th string RB a few weeks ago. We would've missed the FG anyway.
