The “floating” season is officially over for free safety Jeff Minnerly and the Eastern Washington University football team. The junior-to-be had an honor-filled 2010 season for the Eagles, capped by Eastern’s 20-19 victory over Delaware in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Game on Jan. 7 in Frisco, Texas.
