NORFOLK, Va. – The location of the Norfolk State-Charleston Southern football game this fall has been switched to South Carolina.Charleston Southern requested the change due to a scheduling conflict, and the two schools agreed to play their home-and-home series at CSU first. The Spartans will travel to Charleston, S.C. for the first meeting between the schools on Sept. 24, 2011. CSU will return to Norfolk in 2013.
