When does your Spring Practice start and Spring Game held?

Lehigh's Spring Practice commences March 25 with it's spring Brown & White game at Goodman Stadium at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 23. Lehigh Football alumni will then have a golf tournament and dinner to close out the day.

Triangle Classic


Dan Fouts, former NFL quarterback for the San Diego Chargers, will headline as the guest speaker for the Triangle Classic Weekend, April 15-16, in Great Falls, Mont.
The two day event will commence with the Triangle Classic Banquet on Friday night at the Four Seasons Arena. Saturday's schedule will include the Triangle Classic Kids Camp at the Paris Gibson Practice Fields at 10:30 a.m. for children in grades three through eight.
The Triangle Classic Scrimmage, an intrasquad game for the Bobcat Football team is slated for a 3:00 p.m. start at Memorial Stadium.


The Spring game will be in Bozeman on April 23rd.

The two-time defending Northeast Conference champion Central Connecticut football team will open spring practice on Friday, April 1. The Blue Devils will practice 14 times in April before finishing the spring season with the annual Blue-White Scrimmage on Friday, April 29 on Arute Field at 1:30 p.m.

McInerney and the Blue Devils will practice from 7-9 a.m. each day of spring practice. Practices will take place on April 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 11, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25 and 27, with the spring game taking place on April 29. The game will be preceded by the presentation of the championship rings from the 2010 season, and the announcement of the 2011 team captains.

All practices are open to the public. A complete spring roster will be announced on Friday. The 2011 schedule will also be announced later this week.

McNeese has been at it since March 15 and the game is April 9. Scrimmage Saturday was outstanding. Been keeping the field sprayed to keep injury bugs away.

This is not Towson's first ever Spring Game. There has been Spring Games at least since 1991. That is when I started to be involved in the program as the President of the TU Quarterback Club. I know as I have been hosting a Tent Party for the Spring Game since 1991. It was called the Black and Gold Spring Football game.
The inaugural Tiger Bowl, formerly known as the Black and Gold Spring Football Game, has been scheduled for Saturday, April 30 as the culmination of a full day of activities for Towson University sports fans. They just changed the name.

I know, right? I have to take time off work to go to a Spring Game. That's pretty silly. I feel like a spring game is something to casually go hang out. More like a day at the park than game day and that feels like Saturday, not Thursday.
