David Lopez of Cerritos Junior College has signed a grant-in-aid agreement with Portland State football and will join the program for the 2011-12 academic year. Lopez, a 6-3, 230-pound linebacker, was a JC Gridwire and JC Athletic Bureau All-American for Cerritos in 2010.
