For the second-straight year, Classics Sports Radio Network will broadcast the Russell Athletic HBCU Bowl on Saturday, December 18 live from the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Kickoff is slated for 2:00 p.m. ET and the pregame show will begin at 1:30 p.m.
