Borrow a 1965 era Mustang, Barracuda, or Camaro. Drive 'em up to the Gardner-Webb and Mars Hill games. Boone's Farm instead of Bud. Strawberry Hill rather than Schlitz. Paisly neckties. Madras shirts. Weejuns. London Fog jackets. Top it all off with English Leather, Old Spice or Jade. Pretend Wendy's is Ray's Kingburger.
Take only black and white pictures of the games with Instamatics.
Chant "Thank God for Guilford" and "Lenoir, Lenoir Rhyne look at the scoreboard and see who's behind!" until you're hoarse. Pretend Kevin is Jackie Roten and Trey is Pat Murphy.
