Unbelievable game. Big win for Murray, Coach Hatcher and his staff and the OVC. MSU is a year away but they are coming.

The only excuse we can muster is our top 3 OLBs are out... that's not valid though.

Dear god I think there are lot of teams (I'm talking to you, MEAC) that couldn't score that many points if you had only 8 guys on the field on D!!!

Is that Chris Hatcher former Valdosta State/Ga. Southern coach? If so, I'm not surprised they're doing well.

I Lol'd. Wish our day had gone better. The MVFC looks terrible OOC this year.

Ironically I have the same wish - even though we won, it sure felt like a loss for 95% of the 2nd half! You guys have a strong D, and that running QB (Rennie?) is something else!

Wow....where was the defense?

72 points and over 700+ yards of offense....wow!!

6-2 or 5-3 will win the conference this year.

Agree but with that its tough to see someone get in as an At Large unless its NDSU which played well OOC and lose a tie breaker

Both teams were 1-1 from "3 point range"...Missouri State was 8-8 from the "free throw line", while Murray State was 9-10 :)

MO State actually tipped/blocked two Murray XPs, some how one still went in.

First outdoor college basketball game I've ever attended, wish we could have hit our free throws down the stretch...

Seriously though, this Bears team has the worst tendency towards self-destruction I've ever seen. We led 59-52 midway through the 4th Quarter with the ball (having just stopped them on 4th down) then fumbled it on our first play (resulting in a Racer TD), fumbled it on the ensuing kickoff (resulting in a Racer TD), and then fumbled it again on the ensuing kickoff (resulting in...well you get the pattern).

We just looked lost on our final possessions.

I cant believe no one mentioned that ONE GUY had over 400 yards (W/O special teams) and hes not a QB.

Rushing: M. Harris (MURR) - 30 CAR, 212 YDS, 2 TD

Receiving: M. Harris (MURR) - 9 REC, 213 YDS, 5 TD

DJ will destroy MSU.

and SEVEN touchdowns...

Those were two different players. Mike Harris (RB) and Marcus Harris (WR) and they aren't related. I was at the game and it sure was a wild ride.

AGREED. Plus Kirby is done after this year, so they will need to find a new QB. So actually we will all be hearing about 2012 as THEIR year.

Actually, we have a better QB then Kirby on the roster. Only problem is that he is also our best WR. So we are going to need more help at WR next year then QB.

If Terry Allen doesn't make it to at least 6-5, I don't know if he survives another year. He was so hyped that his year was the year all summer that it looks so bad that we aren't even close to that right now.

So, our year is 2015!!!
