Senior defensive end Bricen Tate, senior placekicker Kemar Scarlett and freshman wideout Chuka Okakpu of Morgan State University were selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Offensive Player, Special Teams Player and Rookie of the Week, respectively, for the week ending September 26, 2010 the league announced Monday.
