My record here so far is 8-6. Another unexpected showing by Columbia last Saturday.

Close
Albany at Yale
Princeton at Columbia
Cornell at Bucknell - two cupcakes in their leagues square off.
Blowout
Harvard at Lafayette - we need to rebound from the humiliating loss at Brown.
Brown at Rhode Island
Dartmouth at Penn - can it be close? Or is the Penn D too much for Dartmouth to handle?

Harvard at Lafayette

How much is a "blowout?" Are you saying that we'll lose at home to Harvard by, say, three touchdowns? Even more?

I have a feeling Princeton needs no extra motivation this week after last year's 38-0 loss to Columbia in Princeton.

Can we hear more about how Harvard is getting no respect in the polls...

Hmmm... can I say close? But it's too late to edit it. What I mean by "blowout" is more than 10.

Check the FCS ranking of Harvard, Brown and Penn in various categories in the NCAA Stats Page. I guess the ranking so far in the Ivies is the ff.: 1) Penn 2) Brown 3) Harvard. (Defense: Penn is 4 nationally, Brown 6, Harvard 15; Offense: Brown is first and Harvard last among the three.)

Looks like Dartmouth is back 26. I'm not looking forward to next week.

Hope Dartmouth is well on their way back. I'm going to the game next week, as well as Dartmouth v. Harvard later in the month. Football, plus rugby reunion and daughter playing rugby for Big Green. Harvard is Homecoming and the 1970 team will be honored, as well as daughter's rugby. I think the Griz can get by Idaho St without me.

40 years, WOW. My Yale memories go back to 1959, my first game as a kid growing up 12 miles from the Bowl was a 17-0 win over Brown.

Have a great time.....just not as great a time next week as it could be. xlolx
