Henry Harris ran for a career-high 196 yards and one touchdown to help Southeast Missouri (3-1, 2-0) hang on for a 23-21 win over Tennessee Tech (1-3, 0-1) Saturday night in front of a Family Weekend crowd of 8,732 at Houck Stadium.
