Southeastern Louisiana is dedicating its 2010 season to the Children of the Gulf ... the team visited Plaquemines Parish (an area that was affected by the BP oil spill and is still getting over Katrina in 2005) ... the team is selling T-Shirts for $10 (plus $5 for shipping) with all money raised going to a charity in Plaquemines Parish (the area where the Mississippi River empties into the Gulf of Mexico).

Wrong school! The university formerly known as Southwestern Louisiana is now Louisiana-Lafayette (or as they prefer, University of Louisiana *gag*).
