NORFOLK, Va. – The Norfolk State University Department of Athletics has received a limited number of tickets for the Spartans’ football game at Rutgers University on Thursday, Sept. 2.Tickets are $50 each and a $3 processing fee will be added to all orders. Orders may be placed by calling the NSU Ticket Office at (757) 823-9009 or visiting the ticket office Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
