Holy Cross has announced its recruiting class.

Lots of team captains.One of my benchmarks for a solid class. LB crew is excellent. Overall a solid class. but I did expect better.

Vermont is not a state that produces a lot of college football recruits, but tht does not mean there are no quality players here. When Fordham recruited the 2005 Vermont Gatorade player of the year, OL Robby Reis, many on this board were skeptical. He wound up a four year starter and captain as a senior. The Librizzi kid can play too.

Carney scored the HC class very high. I suspect he will have the same plaudits for what shapes up to be a fine Colgate class too.

The other two, not so much.
