The rumors can now be confirmed as true as Scott Stoker will remain a member of the SHSU staff. Stoker was the head coach of Northwestern State before joining the SHSU staff as a DC last year...
“Scott really understands the (Southland Conference), having been at Northwestern State and at McNeese State before that,” said Fritz, who was the head coach at Central Missouri, a Division II program, for the last 13 seasons. “He also understands all the (FCS) rules and regulations as well, so I'm very excited about being able to keep him on staff.”
