So App St. gets love from someone with a 1st place vote after a very close win? Yeeessh.

a win with a back up QB who has only played 2 Quarters of football at QB and has not practiced at QB. they only let him run very few types of plays. it was so predictable that everyone in the stands could see what was coming. the defense did not blitz at all. they were playing very conservatively trying to just win while doing as little as possible. half of the calls against us were bs. so yea. well see about how things go in the playoffs. there is a long road ahead of us and everyone else. good luck to all the teams! but i do agree about the 1st place vote.

Let me rephrase it. Blah blah blah, we got lucky, blah blah blah. If a Griz fan, and I am going to assume someone did, after the Idaho State win they get flamed and so does every Griz fan out there.

And yet, I have not seen a ASU thread with any comment on it. HUMMMM

Wow, the #1 team gets the least first place votes...The singleton vote for ASU notwithstanding. A wide open tournament this year!

Can AGS posters without programs keep their vote?

Anyone opposed to my being a Poster Emeritus?

This is quite curious. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm not a complete Montana homer, but there's definitely something up here. There's usually a bit more consistency in voting on the top teams, and people voting SIU down in the polls seems wrong.

With 25 #1 votes, and SIU coming in second... something screwy is going on. There should be some more consistent love for the Salukis, and I can't think of any reason to vote them way farther down on the ballot.

I left them the same but giving up 24 to SEMO did concern me.
