Most of their fans didn't want Hauck as a coach because he coached a "D2" team, which is not worthy of a team in the mighty MWC

There is a little truth in what he says, but it appears that he has an axe to grind. FBS & FCS schools both benefit from the matchups.

Oh I mentioned it. I made it clear that I believe the lower end of FBS and the top end of FCS are pretty much on the same level.

That writer can basically keep the same story for next year as we are hearing that Nicholls will open at San Diego State in 2010.

On a side note, the Colonels will then go to Western Michigan the following week. Someone also told me that the two games will total $750,000 in payouts.
