Looks like if you held it by just the cup part of it, the base would break off.

For example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7X8mqQSJgY

So yeah......don't do that otherwise that footage will be on blooper reels forever.

That's great. I guess Delaware can start making a permanent trophy case for it.

Pretty much, I guess that's why they put some red color on it so DSU felt a part of it. I see it as a short-term ugly series.

Should've called it the Blue Hen Cup. It will never leave.

Not too bad:
xcoffeex Very pedestrian. Looks like something a local trophy shop would do for a kids league. Need something cool like the Dakota Marker Trophy. That's a cool trophy.

The story says the blind designer researched on the internet and "looked" at other trophies for inspiration.

When Northeastern and BU renewed our football rivalry before the Terriers dropped the program, the game was called the "Canine Classic" and the trophy was in the shape of a fire hydrant - I'm trying to find a picture of it somewhere.

The MVP of the game received a pewter Doggie Bowl.

A person can be legally blind, but have computers specially modified so that they can use them effectively.
