Really, Furman? You have no idea how happy that makes me to see that...but I don't feel very confident that it's going to happen.

I don't really believe Furman can make it, but some times, I just need to start some discussion...Georgia Southern has a better chance than the Paladins. xthumbsupx

interesting that you put Delaware and W&M in over JMU all of a sudden. W&M I can understand because of their big win against UVA, but Delaware? JMU hasn't even played a snap and you are counting out the #6 team in the country. Oh well, I suppose this is why these things are so stupid.

No way the SoCon gets three and Samford just put a new wrinkle in the equation with the way they played last night.

Only Towson and JMU are winless in the South. :p

If either FAMU or SCSU goes 9-2, they'll gain an at- large bid.

After week 3 JMU will likely be 1-1 (Loss @ Maryland win vs. VMI) ... and will have ...

@ Liberty
@ Hofstra
Richmond
Villanova
@W&M
@ Delaware

That will be a proving stretch right there. Week 1 absence or not.

Cal Poly has an uphill climb with their schedule! We've talked about on here before...

Yes, Poly will need to win 1 of 2 of their FBS games, and 1 of 2 of SDSU or MT to have a prayer.

SDSU hosts an at-large play-off elimination game 9/12 vs Ga Southern. SDSU has a good possibility of being in a tie for #1 in the MVFC. They are the only team that hosts ALL the other preseason MVFC top half.

The Southland, and Patriot are a shotgun as to who's going to make it out.

The CAA with 3 FBS wins are really setting up to get 5 CAA in AGAIN.

Oh for Pete's sake, can we at least have a few weeks of games before we start breaking out the playoff brackets xrolleyesx

I was earlier joking how ridiculous it was going to be when people started doing playoff prognostications at the END of SEPT.
