CSN Down South: The Southland is Getting a Bit Defensive

While Peveto is the only first-year head coach in the Southland Conference this year, he was not alone in this thinking as five teams received first-place votes in the league’s preseason coaches’ poll.

Is there a clear-cut favorite in the league?

Defense wins championships...right?

Can you imagine if Jeremy Moses cut back on his INTs and SFA climbed out of the league cellar on the back of Williams and Knicky to a conference title? There's people on the SFA bandwagon and there's good reason for it.
