Dartmouth just announced that Sacred Heart will replace UNH on the Big Green's schedule in a 2-year home/home deal for 2010 and 2011.

Wagner also begins its own 2-year home/home deal with another Ivy League team next year. The Seahawks will face Cornell next year in Staten Island and return a trip to the Big Red in 2011.

Also, Monmouth is scheduled to visit Ithaca for a gmae vs Cornell in 2012.

I would have to believe Albany and CCSU are going to pick up some more CAA games.

89 - I agree. xnodx

I'm almost certain CCSU has a 2-year deal with Hofstra. I would expect CCSU is also talking with UNH, Maine, and URI for games. Albany may also Hofstra, NU and possibly others. As you know, UA, CCSU, and Monmouth have really stepped it up out of conference over the years. I'm not worried about their schedules too much.

The really good sign is the bottom tier of the league (Wag, SHU, SFPA) is finally "scheduling up." I love the NEC-Ivy matchups we've secured, especially since many are home/home. If these teams can get 2 out of their 3 games vs Ivy/PL teams, I would be very happy. xthumbsupx

I think Albany has UNH and maybe URI in 2010...but I could be talking out of my ass.

I've heard Albany vs. Columbia in the next year or two.

The football reunion/golf outing is this weekend. I won't be there, but maybe somebody will pick up some more info.

Nice work by Sacred Heart. Dartmouth thinks they are getting a pushover and I hope SHU beats them!

Wow!

A lot of people would pay good money to see someone with that kind of talent.

I read on the Duquesne Voy board a while back that the Dukes are playing Delaware in Newark in 2010. Seems like info like this would have been confirmed by somone else already if were true, but the poster supposedly heard it straight from Duquesne's AD and even had the date of the game (Sep 11. 2010).

Ford is on record saying that he wouldn't play SBU again until UA had at least 45 rides.

Even though based on last year's common results it would have been a 40+ point victory for Albany. xsmiley_wix

I heard that NU was supposed to do a "triangle" kind of thing with SBU and Albany where each team would play each other over a 3 year period on a home/home basis, but if D96 is saying SBU and Albany won't play, maybe that's off.

I did hear rumors of a series with Colgate, but that was under the prior administration.

Im surprised we havent scheduled Monmouth or CCSU as road games. We played them in 2007 at SBU so we kind of owe them a visit.

I agree. I didn't think SBU bought a home from CCSU and MU, but had agreed to a 2-year home/home deal. When the Seawolves moved from Indy to the Big South, I assumes they had to postope the return trip to later years because of their new conference schedule.

I would like to see SBU return that game to CCSU and would be happy to sign up for another home/home deal. Let us know if you heear anything about future games with the NEC :)

Does Bryant have a return game with Hofstra next year? Or was this a one year deal?
