Is 2012 the next 12 game year?

I'm pretty sure 2012 is the next one, there are two back to back seasons and it seems like they're 2012 and 2013.

Per KatFans.com, which I plucked from the NCAA...


After 2008, the next three years in which 12-game scheduling will be allowed are 2013, 2014 and 2019 under the current rules for FCS institutions

I think this is the second such thread in two, three days.
