Wait until you see the WR ratings. If Brandt has the information that I believe he has, he will have Andre Roberts VERY HIGH! Likely 3rd-4th round range.

Skelton is good, but not even the best in the PL. Surprised Randolph wasn't put on the list.

The NFL is purely about projecting guys who have the athletic to play at that level and Skelton has the bigger arm and body than Randolph. No doubt Randolph has been the better player and might even be better in the NFL but right now scouts are seeing the higher upside in Skelton.
