Do you realize that the highest rated team in total defense left in the playoffs right now is Texas State? And they've played some good offenses. They've played the 19th rated total offense in I-A (13th among BCS lteams) as well as the 6th and 19th rated total offenses in I-AA (4th and 15th among scholarship I-AAs).

One thing's for sure, they've got some strength in the middle with those two +300 pound tackles.

Coach Bailiff is a defense mastermind. He helped to turn the TCU program around as DC. I think he is our version of Coach Wies ND, he loves his Alma Mater and brought in a staff that wants to be here at TXST. Aslo I think only 4 starters will grad this year. Look for another great defense come next year as well. :D :xmas:

GSU gave them fits though.....until the fourth. I can't say enough about the team speed GSU brought to the table. Freakish fast they are.
