In watching the game I wonder what the over under for the number of references to App State (the Upset last week and the 2005 NC game) plus Tim Hightower references will be.

My gut feeling +/- 14.5

I'll take the over.

I know what you're saying but why wouldn't they talk about UR's win last week? It got them to this week. And I would also expect them to talk about Hightower too, as good as he is doing in the NFL.

Just saying that the espn guys will probably go to great lengths to tie in these story lines because they are something that non-fcs football fans might be able to relate.

"Wow...richmond must be really good because they beat that team that beat michigan and they have a running back that has revitalized the cardinals offense."

Just saying that for those of us who already know about these things, it gets a little monotonous hearing them again and again when the color commentator can't think of anything else.

Yeah, looks like they're gonna be doing it in other ways too. Stories on 1AA/FCS greats all game. Kinda cool but I still wonder how many people that don't already know a lot about FCS are watching. Hard to convince folks when they're not even watching.

They're gonna talk to Tim Hightower in a lil. So that'll make these numbers jump.

Agreed. I like the fact they have brought in Joe Flacco and Jerry Rice.

Meh, I'll count the bump for the interview as 1 and the entire interview as 1.

I guess it ended up around 12. I didn't really see the first 12 minutes of the 2nd half, but I'll get ahead and say that I lost, considering the under occurred.

Either way, it was a pretty close estimate.

I watched the whole broadcast, and only saw "I-AA Greats" bits on Rice and McNair. And those both came in the first half. Did I miss any? I was expecting there would be more.
