CEDAR FALL, Iowa—Northern Iowa quarterback Pat Grace ran for two touchdowns and cornerback Terrell McMoore returned an interception 36 yards for what proved to be the decisive TD, giving the Panthers a 36-34 victory over New Hampshire in front of 9,055 fans inside the UNI-Dome in the quarterfinal round contest.

CSN So South At The Game: Richmond Ends Appalachian State’s Championship Run

BOONE, NC – Richmond intercepted, literally and figuratively, Appalachian State’s run for a fourth title Saturday by defeating the Mountaineers 33-13 at the Rock.

The Spiders defense intercepted Appalachian Sate quarterback Armanti Edwards five times in the second half, turning four of them into the scores that made the difference in the game. It was the first time Edwards had suffered more than two interceptions in a game. The defeat marked only the second time in 44 home games that Appalachian State has lost.
