Any more details? Any more current score?

I was commenting about the strong Cal Poly defense all week and some EWU fans were saying all week that they could handle them. I think Eric Meyers is a fantastic QB for EWU, but completely respect the Cal Poly D.

If Poly is going to get into the playoffs, their D will carry them as the loss of their QB will be a big blow. I would hate the seem them fall after the first half of a year they have had.

Wow, CPU seems to be having their way with EWU. I've never seen a team so erratic at EWU this year. Never know what kind of team is showing up.

Please keep the scores/updates & analysis coming (audio link does not work for me).

Hansel - hasn't done anything? EWU beat Montana but also beat a good Portland State team. I saw EWU beat Montana and thought Eric Meyers was an outstanding QB. Truthfully, I don't know how they lost to ISU, Weber and San Jose State.

Same old Sorry Eagles.

Win some and lose some. (about half they should not win...they do win, about half they should win...they don't win)

I grew up watching them... It's called pissin' down your leg.

Sorry Eag-fans, the truth hurts sometimes. I do feel for you, and still root for you (after the Griz) as you are the only other team I like in the BSC.

Go Griz

The Portland win was a good one, but 3/5 of their wins came against Sac, NAU, and Western Oregon, and as you said they did lose to Weber, ISU and SJSU. Does that sound like a top 10 team? They are talented, however I think they are getting too much mileage out of their Montana win in the polls :)

I have to hand it to Erik Meyer, he is a stud. We will see him playing on Sundays for a long time.

Noble looked great and having a running game sure helped Rfr QB Matt Brennan. The coaches also open the play book up for him so it was not as predictable as last week.

Great game to watch.
