I'd love to see both Yale and Harvard go undefeated in the Ivy prior to their meeting.

Not much love for Columbia in that poll. Looks like thy were almost a unanimous pick for last.xlolx

It was on TV here, and I watched it. I wasn't surprised though, I've seen it before. I recall attending a game in New Haven in the late 70's where Harvard topped an undefeated Yale team.

We can't get cocky, Cleets: the home team hasn't done well in this series in the past 10-12 years. Since 1995, Harvard is only 3-3 aginst Yale in Cambridge, and Yale hasn't beaten Harvard in New Haven since 1999. It's good to see the poll, but there will be two or three other Ivy teams sniffing around.xpeacex

That would be '79 in the Bowl. 2-7 Harvard spoiled Yale's undefeated season (even though Yale did win the Ivy title outright).

Leave it up to the Crimson to spoil Yale's season. They did it again in '89, costing the Eli's an undefeated league record and of course last year, a perfect season. Need I bring up '68 too?
