Joe Pannunzio

What is the job status of Panninzio? I read today that he was in the last year of his contract and with the new AD, the drug problem in the spring, well, you know where I'm going. Anyone have any insight?

As a Murray State fan and a supporter of Pannunzio, I think the fact that he is coaching without a contract and is 1 and 5 this year says it all. I like Coach P but I think his days are numbered. He hasn't had real good support from the admin at MSU and the fact of the matter is he hasn't won as much people would like. As I said, I am a solid suporter of Coach Pannunzio but I think his recruiting (many JUCOS and 1A transfers) and overall record may doom him...they have too much talent this year to be where they are and injuries have taken their toll...

I hope he stays but it does not look good....
