Quentin Phillips-LB, Western Carolina

He is going to be a junior this year I thought?

Haha, you put Matt Lambros on that list. He's caught three passes in three years. Love the kid but that's not happening.

People think John Faletoese of UC Davis will be drafted... I hope so, and think if he has a good year, he may go as high as Round 4?

What about Ramses Barden at Cal Poly... this guy is definitely one of the best receivers in FCS... maybe?

Ramses is on that list, he's almost a definite if he puts up another big year, but if he wants to impress scouts, he has to improve his blocking, effort per play, and he has to demonstrate some leadership and help get the Mustangs to a deep playoff run...the Montana game will be big.

I know he hasn't played but from what I heard NFL people are going to look at him this year. I feel like several people on that list won't end up in the NFL but they all have some quality that NFL people covet.

That's because he's on NFL Draft Scout isn't? He's barely played for us and isn't in the top 4-5 WRs even this year. I doubt he's going pro.

Rashad Jennings has easily the best shot.

I did not put him in that list because he is on NFLDraftScout. I put him on the list because I heard he was on the NFL radar. Their website uses NFL scouting services to come up with their rankings and they added him because the NFL has him on their radar. When you are a 6'2, 207 pound WR who runs 4.5 range the NFL will have you on their radar regardless of how good you really are.
