I've been over on the LSU site, poking the animal in the cage. It doesn't take much to make those boys MAD. Good ole' deep south cussing and touting the virtues of LSU and all the bad mountain jokes. I think they got those from the GSU posters on this website.

If any of you 1-AA guys wantto share you stories about any D-1 smack talk you've endured this is the post to do so.

What started out as Ohio St fans saying they would become Georgia Southern fans and follow Antonio Henton's career turned pretty nasty with a couple of them calling us, not only a second-tier football team, but a fourth-tier school. In fact, one poster went as far as to say we were, essentially not welcome on their board. Of course, this yo-yo seems to have a Wofford tie.

You know, everyone hates it when FBS posters come in here and give us crap and start *****. Why is it somehow a pastime when you guys go over to their boards and do the same things? If they're all too ignorant to understand how awesome our sub-division is, then f&%# 'em...it's kind of pointless to sit there and fan the flames.

It brings out the Philly in me.

They have many many great fans on the messageboard.

I like reading the good peoples info and occationally flame the RANTARDS.

And Yes i have some extra time this time of year at work.

So basically, you're going to a board to rub someone's nose in something to create a reaction? When you and so many other of your fans get so bent out of shape when people do it to you?

You know where the most smack comes from directed at half or more of the SoCon and I-AA? It comes from App fans.

Want to see the same if not worse reactions than what you're seeing on the LSU board? Then I'll go make a post on the MMB and watch the responses.

I thought about letting them know we give the SEC a better game than they do but I refrained because most of them were very gracious. It is one thing to down someone's football team but to also call the academic institution inferior is pretty rude.
