Well, this is good news for Panther fans. I was expecting ES would be out for the year.

There IS a God! This season isn't over just yet. Not too worried about the Trees this week. Next week is going to be tough, but definitely a very winnable game without Sanders. Then the Gateway Playoff games start... xprost2x

Good news for UNI fans, not so good news for Saluki fans :) Never like to see a team lose their QB even if they are tough competition.

That is great news, hate to see injuries to these kids.

And it's great news for the team as well, because from what I saw from Hill I was not impressed.

Reading the story that was linked, it say YSU plays at UNI this week. I bet that is news to YSU and to WIU, who is playing at YSU this week.

I saw that too. Maybe they're pulling a playing a doubleheader a la Northwestern College (MN) last week???

Good News for sure. Hopefully the recovery will be on the 2 week side although those high sprains can be nagging injuries if he tries to come back too soon.

A high ankle sprain is a tough injury... an expected recovery in two weeks would be highly optomistic. Four or five weeks is much more likely.

I tend to agree....

Should be fine this weekend against the Trees as its UNI homecoming....but in 2 weeks at Ill St.....without Sanders.....Hill will have to perform flawlessly.

Going to be an exciting and interesting season here on out!

Go Panthers!
